We love seeing Moppet pieces in their new homes and may occasionally request permission to share your photographs or videos across our channels.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #AgreeMoppet (or otherwise granting permission via message or email), you agree to the following:

You grant Moppet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the photographs and/or videos you have shared with us (“Content”) across our website, social media channels, newsletters, sales platforms, customer communications and other marketing materials.

You confirm that:

• you own the rights to the Content;
• you have permission from any individuals appearing in the Content to grant these rights; and
• the use of the Content by Moppet will not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.

You also release Moppet from any obligation to compensate you for the use of the Content.
