Refund policy
We hope you love your Moppet purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery (or until 7th January for orders placed between 1st November and 24th December), provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, please contact us via our contact form. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the return address and shipping label where applicable. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the item being received back in its original condition. Original postage costs are non-refundable.
Please note that bespoke and custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. For further information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Tapestry & Cushion Returns (UK)
Returns of hand-embroidered tapestries and cushion covers are free within the UK. Please contact us to arrange your return.
All Other Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning all other items unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include photographs showing the issue so that we can assist.
As many of our vintage pieces are between 50 and 100 years old, signs of age and gentle wear should be expected. We are unable to offer refunds or repairs for damage occurring after purchase.
We recommend returning items using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage. Responsibility for returned items remains with the customer until they have been safely received by Moppet.
