Processing Times

Orders containing hand-embroidered tapestries are usually dispatched the same working day. Vintage pieces are typically dispatched within 4 working days.

Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Please allow 1–2 weeks for large or heavy furniture.

Next Day Delivery

We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm on our tapestries.

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for delivery by 1pm on the next working day. Saturday delivery is also available.

Christmas Delivery

For UK Christmas delivery, the final ordering date for tapestries is 22nd December when selecting Next Day Delivery.

Pricing

UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50 (excluding large and heavy furniture).

For orders under £50, delivery is calculated according to the size and weight of your order:

Next Day Delivery (Tapestries)

Next Working Day — £10
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day and delivered by 1pm on the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched on the following working day.

Next Day Saturday — £13
Orders placed before 1pm on Friday are dispatched the same day and delivered by 1pm on Saturday.

International Shipping

Hand-embroidered tapestries and cushion covers are shipped worldwide for a flat rate of £16 via a tracked service.

Please note that import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of orders to the USA, where all duties and taxes are included.
