Arpilleras or cuadros are three dimensional hand-sewn appliqué embroideries, illustrating in meticulous detail the stories of the lives of the women of Peru who create them.
Our arpilleras are made entirely by hand by a small cooperative of women in Lima from their homes and around their own schedules, providing essential income for their families.
Due to the handmade nature of this piece, colours and details may vary slightly from those pictured.
